GoodLooks connects you in-person or virtually with personal stylists, career and life coaches, nutritionists, dietitians, health coaches and personal trainers.
Fashion Styling: Stylists are available for closet cleanouts, personal styling, personal shopping, special event styling like bridal or red carpet/public appearances.
Career and Life Coaching: Coaches are available to help you with a wide variety of topics from career transitions, to interview/resume coaching, executive leadership & development, public speaking, time/stress management, ADD coaching, parenting, lifestyle or spirituality.
Personal Training: Trainers are available to help you lose weight, firm/tone, weight gain, bodybuilding, athletic training, injury recovery, yoga, Pilates, and more.
Dietitians & Nutritionists: Dietitians and nutritionists are available to help with nutritional analysis, meal planning and dietary guidelines, food sensitivity testing, grocery store tours and pantry makeovers, and supplement recommendations.
Can I book services for men?
Yes! To find an expert who serves male clients visit our Find an Expert page and select 'Male' under 'Client Type'. You can also add additional details about yourself to find your match.
Can I book an expert for a group?
Yes, please contact us and we can help find the right professional for you and your group.
How does GoodLooks work?
Picking an expert is a personal process, but that’s where we come in!
Begin by visiting our find an expert page. You can enter your location (for in-person services) or search by type of service, location, and price range. You'll be served with experts best matched for your needs.
You can get to know each expert better by visiting their profile page. Each expert provides detailed information on their expertise and approach to providing their services.
Once you find an expert you're interested in working with, you can contact them directly on GoodLooks. Use our secure messaging system to ask any questions and ultimately confirm and book an appointment.
How can I ask an expert a question?
You can connect with any expert from their profile page. Simply click the contact button.
If you have a question that you would like many experts to address, you can use our ASK an Expert to ask a question to the expert community. It's free!
Can I cancel a class/service I have already booked?
Yes, to cancel an appointment you can reach out to your expert directly and/or email us at email@example.com However, please note, our professionals each have their own cancellation policies. Most will have penalties if appointments are canceled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please check your expert's page to view their cancellation policy.
How much does booking an expert cost?
The prices range based on the service and experience of each expert. We've worked to create a range of prices that can fit any wallet. Pricing is detailed on each expert's page under their listed services.
How do I know which expert is right for me?
Our platform provides advanced search and discovery tools for you to find the expert that's right for you. You can tailor your search according to service, location, price, and details about you.
Book any expert with our 15 for $15 allowing you 15 minutes for only $15 for a voice call or video session. It's a great way to get a mini session and try out an expert.
Our experts can also be contacted directly through their GoodLooks professional profile pages, or you can use our complimentary Concierge Service to receive assistance in finding the right expert for you.
How do I pay for my class/service?
You can book any services directly from each professional's profile page. Select the service you are interested in and proceed to book and pay through our secure system.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
How do I tip my expert?
A tip is always appreciated! You can add a gratuity to your invoice during the checkout process.
What if there is an issue or discrepancy with my bill?

Once you've selected your expert there is a contact button on their page. Just click the button, and you can instantly send a message directly to them. As soon as your expert responds, you will receive an email alerting you a reply on GoodLooks. You can also check your dashboard page at any time to see a snapshot of your messages.

What is the refund policy?
